Just like many of you, I was once in a position where exercise was a distant memory in my life. However, in November 2022, I took the leap and discovered the life-changing impact of running. And what a transformation it has been! I have not only shed an impressive 15 kilograms but also witnessed an increase in muscle mass and a substantial improvement in my overall fitness.


I have the bug, 4 major marathons within 24 months raising funds for cancer charities. It's a testament to the limitless potential that lies within all of us once we take that initial step towards a healthier lifestyle. The experience has been nothing short of extraordinary, pushing me to explore the outer boundaries of my capabilities and inspiring me to live life to the fullest.
